Description

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate IT team.
• Create and maintain support tickets.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

Skills:
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other common desktop applications.
• Experience with remote desktop tools such as TeamViewer and Remote Desktop.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tickets.

Education:
• Associate degree in computer science or a related field.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+ and ITIL are preferred.
